Het ligt in het hart van de Chianti Classico, omringd door wijngaarden en Capannole, een oud gehucht uit de 15e eeuw. "Chiantiview" is een van de 11 onafhankelijke vakantieappartementen op deze rustige plek en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de omliggende heuvels van Chianti. Een ideale plek om een ontspannende vakantie te combineren met een actieve vakantie en om de hele Chianti-regio en de rest van Toscane te ontdekken, rijk aan cultuur, geschiedenis, lekker eten en beroemde wijnen. Radda in Chianti ligt op slechts een korte afstand en 2 km onverharde weg in goede staat leidt naar het pand, dat toegankelijk is via een elektrische toegangspoort.

In het mooie skigebied van Val di Fassa vind je Residence Casa Canazei. De Pecol skilift in Canazei geeft een aansluiting op de Sella Ronda Skitour en is gelegen op ca. 900 meter van de residence. Voor de deur van Residence Casa Canazei is een skibushalte gelegen, deze brengt je naar Canazei (900m) of naar Alba (1,5 km). Vanuit Alba heb je geen aansluiting op de Sella Ronda, maar wel mooie pistes die iets minder druk zijn. Residence Casa Canazei is verdeeld over vier gebouwen met in totaal 38 appartementen. Het beschikt over een eigen stube, waar je gezellig met z'n allen bij elkaar kunt komen in de avond. Overigens zou je eerst ook lekker kunnen genieten in de sauna (tegen betaling). Er is gratis Wi-Fi aanwezig bij de receptie. Het dichtstbijzijnde restaurant is gelegen op ca. 300 meter en de eerste winkels vind je al op 500 meter afstand. Ook is er op 300 meter een ijsbaan te vinden en beschikt Canazei over een groot openbaar zwembad. Er is één gratis parkeerplaats gereserveerd per appartement. Er is een skiberging aanwezig.

Naast de cabinelift 'Malga Banc' in Malga Ciapele is dit appartementencomplex gelegen. Hierin kunnen wij een aantal appartementen aanbieden. De cabinelift brengt je rechtstreeks naar de Marmolada gletsjer. Hier vandaan kun je meerdere skigebieden aan doen met in totaal ruim 500 km aaneengesloten pistes. Om in de morgen eens te beginnen aan een andere kant van het skigebied, kun je naar de 'Arei 1' sleeplift toe, deze is gelegen op ca. 450 meter van de appartementen. Lopen is mogelijk (let op: geen vlakke weg), ook is er een grote parkeerplaats bij deze lift voor auto's. De basis benodigdheden zijn te vinden in Malga Ciapele, voor overige winkels kun je beter naar Rocca Pietore of Alleghe. Malga Ciapele ligt op ca. 5 km van Rocca Pietore en 13 kilometer vanaf Alleghe. Sommige appartementen beschikken over een balkon. In het gebouw is een lift aanwezig.

De leuke en comfortabele appartementen "Villa Placidia" zijn recentelijk gerenoveerd en zijn gelegen midden in het centrum van Campitello. Villa Placidia heeft niet alleen een centrale, maar ook een zonnige ligging op het zuiden. De winkels en restaurants zijn in de directe omgeving te vinden. De 'Col Rodella' ligt op een afstand van ca. 200 meter van de appartementen. De skibushalte is gelegen op ca. 20 meter afstand van appartementen "Villa Placidia", hiermee kun je o.a. naar de 'Pecol' cabinelift in Canazei. De liften vanuit Campitello en Canazei zijn beide aangesloten op de Sella Ronda tour. Wil je nu de drukte van de Sella Ronda iets vermijden, ga dan eens naar het gehuchtje Pozza di Fassa (gelegen op ca. 8 km afstand) of de plaats Moena (gelegen op ca. 12 km afstand), deze gebieden zijn misschien iets kleiner, maar zeker de moeite waard om eens te bekijken. Voldoende mogelijkheden dus voor de ervaren en beginnende skiër! Wasgelegenheid aanwezig. Per appartement is er één parkeerplaats inbegrepen.

Een oud gehucht midden in de Chianti-heuvels, met panoramisch uitzicht over de wijngaarden en de vallei. Borgo Lama is omgeven door bossen met talloze wandelpaden en deze magische plek is ideaal om een idyllische vakantie door te brengen in Toscane. De 12 appartementen zijn gerenoveerd in verschillende periodes en sommige zijn modern, terwijl andere meer rustieke stijl met hun bijzondere charme hebben. Ze zitten allemaal in het gehucht en de afhankelijkheid dicht bij het zwembad. Een restaurant is in het gehucht open voor publiek. Toegang tot een onverharde weg in goede omstandigheden.

Het ruim opgezette Chalet Bella is in het centrum van Livigno gelegen. Het chalet herbergt vier appartementen, waardoor het ook gemakkelijk is deze te combineren met een grotere groep. De skilift San Rocco ligt op ca. 100 meter afstand, hier is ook de oefenweide en een skischool te vinden. De Carosello 3000 cabinelift is gelegen op ca. 300 meter afstand van Chalet Bella, deze lift kan ook per ski bereikt worden via de San Rocco lift. Wil je na het skiën heerlijk relaxen, dan is dat mogelijk in de sauna met relaxruimte van Chalet Bella (eerste keer gratis, daarna ? 10,- p.p.p.d.). In de appartementen is Wi-Fi tegen betaling aanwezig, ook is er een verwarmde skiberging. Er is parkeergelegenheid rond het chalet. Wasserette service mogelijk (tegen betaling). Inclusief: Privilege Card (deze krijg je ter plaatse), hiermee krijg je kortingen in/op bepaalde winkels, restaurants, huurmateriaal en het publieke Wellness Centre van Livigno.
