The villa and its pool is made of 4 independent buildings that can be booked separately: the villa, the dependence with garden, the suite and the ? Casa delle Lanterne? (House of Lanterns), a small house characterized by a charming living room with lanterns (hence its name) hanging from the ceiling, facing the swimming pool. In het centrum van het gezellige Jouvenceaux met zijn knusse straatjes ligt het authentieke chalet Petitta. Op loopafstand van het chalet is een tweetal bars/restaurants te vinden voor een drankje na het skiën. Echter kun je voor de grootse après-ski beter terecht in Sauze d'Oulx, dit dorp ligt op zo'n 1,5 kilometer afstand van Jouvenceaux. Op een afstand van ca. 150 meter van Chalet Petitta ligt de stoeltjeslift (Sportina), waarmee je direct in het immense skigebied Via Lattea terechtkomt. Zo is het ook mogelijk om te skiën naar o.a. Sestriere. In de middag kun je weer terug skiën naar het startpunt van deze lift via een rode piste. Echte beginners kunnen natuurlijk ook met de lift terug naar het startpunt. Chalet Petitta wordt inclusief uitgebreide cateringservice verhuurd. Dit houdt in dat de cateringstaf heerlijke maaltijden voor je bereidt en ervoor zorgt dat het chalet schoon en gezellig is.
