Surrounded by the nature on the hills between Tuscany and Umbria, Felci is a cozy country house recently restored with care and taste by the owner. The property is situated close to the village of Fabro, a medieval hamlet, and to the picturesque small town of Città della Pieve. Felci, set in peaceful position in approx 80 acres of woods, meadows and pastures, is divided into 9 apartments in various buildings of the estate. In the central part of the property there is the farm which produces honey, wine, olive oil and breed they typical Chianine cows. In the estate there is also a restaurant (open to public too) where it's possible to taste typical Tuscan and Umbria dishes. The property also includes an equestrian center, an award-winning breeding of Andalusien horses, a horseback riding school (all levels), and hiking trails. Independent heating. Mooie en ruime appartementen verdeeld over meerdere chalets nabij het gezellige centrum van Arabba (400 meter afstand) in het hart van de Dolomieten. De chalet-appartementen zijn gelegen op ca. 75 à 250 meter van de piste. Vanaf deze piste kan in de morgen gemakkelijk naar twee stoeltjesliften en de skischool in het centrum van Arabba geskied worden. In de middag kan men weer eenvoudig terug skiën naar de accommodatie. De dichtstbijzijnde stoeltjeslift zit rechtstreeks aangesloten op de beroemde Sella Ronda. Via de Sella Ronda is het skigebied van Arabba-Marmolada ook direct aangesloten op het gebied van Val Gardena, Alta Badia en Val di Fassa met in totaal ongeveer 465 km piste. Bij alle appartementen is een skilocker aanwezig. Ter plaatse is het ook mogelijk in Hotel Alpenrose (50m tot 200m afstand van de appartementen) halfpension bij te boeken (ca. ? 35,- p.p.p.n.). De appartementen beschikken ieder over één parkeerplaats. De receptie is op zaterdag geopend tot 20.00 uur, later aankomen is mogelijk indien vooraf aangegeven. Ter plaatse zal een extra bijdrage in rekening worden gebracht (zie het 'Prijzen en boeken' gedeelte).

Dit recent gebouwde appartementencomplex ligt op loopafstand (ca. 200 meter / 5 minuten lopen) van de piste, skischool en cabinelift van Zoldo Alto. Bij de cabinelift is er een skilocker met schoenendroger waar de gasten gratis gebruik van kunnen maken. Op die manier wordt het korte stukje lopen naar de residence nog gemakkelijker gemaakt. Ondanks dat de appartementen nieuw zijn, is er gekozen voor een gezellige en authentieke inrichting en is er op elk detail gelet. In het naastgelegen hotel kun je twee keer per week gratis gebruik maken van het zwembad (vooraf bij de receptie te reserveren). In de wellness area kun je o.a. genieten van de sauna, Turks bad, jacuzzi en een heerlijke massage (tegen betaling). In de residence is verder een algemene wasmachine aanwezig waar tegen betaling gebruik gemaakt van kan worden.

(House of Lanterns), a small house characterized by a charming living room with lanterns (hence its name) hanging from the ceiling, facing the swimming pool. The owner, friendly, nice and discreet person, lives in a wing of the property with three dogs on the other side of the swimming pool and has access to the garden and pool. The property includes a spacious park, fully fenced, where you can have pleasant walks. Peaceful position even though the technological center is set close to the property and a street transited by residents passes nearby. Fine furnishing with some authentic pieces of art.
