The property is situated close to the village of Fabro, a medieval hamlet, and to the picturesque small town of Città della Pieve. Felci, set in peaceful position in approx 80 acres of woods, meadows and pastures, is divided into 9 apartments in various buildings of the estate. In the central part of the property there is the farm which produces honey, wine, olive oil and breed they typical Chianine cows.
