Appartementencomplex Regina bevindt zich aan het stuwmeer van het bergdorpje Alleghe. Het gezellige centrum met winkeltjes en restaurants ligt op 900 meter. De skilift ligt op ca. 700 meter afstand. Op 50 meter afstand van de residence stopt een skibus en hiermee is de cabinelift dus makkelijk bereikbaar. Ook is het eenvoudig met de eigen auto naar de lift te rijden, hier is namelijk een grote parkeerplaats (gratis). Belangrijk detail is dat de appartementen in zomer 2011 volledig zijn gerenoveerd. Veel appartementen bieden een schitterend uitzicht over het stuwmeer van Alleghe. In de kelder van het appartementencomplex is een skiberging. Verder zijn er overdekte en open parkeerplaatsen.
