19th century villa on the outskirts of Pisa. Recently restored by the owner who furnished the villa with design pieces making it a high-class, stylish and relaxing villa. The villa and its pool is made of 4 independent buildings that can be booked separately: the villa, the dependence with garden, the suite and the ? Casa delle Lanterne? (House of Lanterns), a small house characterized by a charming living room with lanterns (hence its name) hanging from the ceiling, facing the swimming pool. The owner, friendly, nice and discreet person, lives in a wing of the property with three dogs on the other side of the swimming pool and has access to the garden and pool. The property includes a spacious park, fully fenced, where you can have pleasant walks. In het rustig gelegen bergdorpje Carisolo, bevinden zich de appartementen van Park Residence Imperator. In de directe omgeving van de residence vind je een aantal winkels en restaurants. In Pinzolo, op ongeveer 600 meter afstand ligt de cabinelift die je naar het skigebied van Madonna di Campiglio brengt. Ook kun je met de auto naar Madonna di Campiglio rijden (ca. 11 km). Het centrum van Pinzolo ligt op ca. 1 km afstand van Park Residence Imperator. Hier kun je o.a. terecht voor meer winkels, restaurants, bars en een supermarkt. Ook een skischool, overdekt zwembad, schaatsbaan en wellness- en sportfaciliteiten vind je in Pinzolo. Voor een gevarieerd uitgaansleven ga je naar Madonna di Campiglio. Deze kleinschalige residence beschikt in totaal over 18 appartementen, die allemaal netjes en verzorgd zijn ingericht. De appartementen beschikken over een gratis Wi-Fi internetverbinding. In het gebouw vind je verder o.a. een bar/lounge met televisie en gezelschapsspellen, gemeenschappelijke wasruimte, lift en een skiberging.
