19th century villa on the outskirts of Pisa. Recently restored by the owner who furnished the villa with design pieces making it a high-class, stylish and relaxing villa. The villa and its pool is made of 4 independent buildings that can be booked separately: the villa, the dependence with garden, the suite and the ? Casa delle Lanterne? (House of Lanterns), a small house characterized by a charming living room with lanterns (hence its name) hanging from the ceiling, facing the swimming pool. The owner, friendly, nice and discreet person, lives in a wing of the property with three dogs on the other side of the swimming pool and has access to the garden and pool. The property includes a spacious park, fully fenced, where you can have pleasant walks. Chalet Legnoso bevindt zich in het plaatsje Livigno, in dit chalet kunnen we twee appartementen aanbieden. Op korte afstand vind je een oefenweide en de San Rocco/Doss liften. Wil je verder het skigebied in, dan kun je de cabinelift Carosello 3000 nemen, die op ongeveer 500 meter afstand gelegen is (en ook via de piste te bereiken is via de San Rocco skilift). In Livigno rijden gratis skibussen tussen de verschillende skiliften. Op ca. 150 meter afstand van het chalet vind je de eerste winkels, zoals een supermarkt en restaurant. In het centrum van Livigno, gelegen op ca. 500 meter afstand, zijn meerdere restaurants, uitgaansgelegenheden en winkels te vinden. Ook vind je in het dorp o.a. een schaatsbaan en overdekt zwembad. Chalet Legnoso heeft een verzorgde inrichting en is o.a. voorzien van een Wi-Fi internetverbinding (tegen betaling), balkon en een terras. Verder is er een skiberging en parkeergelegenheid aanwezig.
