In het centrum van het gezellige Jouvenceaux met zijn knusse straatjes ligt het authentieke chalet Petitta. Op loopafstand van het chalet is een tweetal bars/restaurants te vinden voor een drankje na het skiën. Echter kun je voor de grootse après-ski beter terecht in Sauze d'Oulx, dit dorp ligt op zo'n 1,5 kilometer afstand van Jouvenceaux. Op een afstand van ca. 150 meter van Chalet Petitta ligt de stoeltjeslift (Sportina), waarmee je direct in het immense skigebied Via Lattea terechtkomt. Zo is het ook mogelijk om te skiën naar o.a. Sestriere. In de middag kun je weer terug skiën naar het startpunt van deze lift via een rode piste. Echte beginners kunnen natuurlijk ook met de lift terug naar het startpunt. Chalet Petitta wordt inclusief uitgebreide cateringservice verhuurd. Dit houdt in dat de cateringstaf heerlijke maaltijden voor je bereidt en ervoor zorgt dat het chalet schoon en gezellig is. De catering service omvat o.a. 7x ontbijt en 6x drie-gangen diner (zie Extra te boeken voor volledige omschrijving). Met deze service hoef je je nergens meer druk over te maken, La Dolce Vita!

Deze mooie onlangs gerestaureerde boerderij met een prachtig uitzicht over de stad en de omliggende heuvels, is gelegen op slechts een paar kilometer ver van Siena. Het huis is gebouwd op een heuvel en wordt omgeven door wijngaarden en olijfbomen die de sfeer ontspannen en vriendelijk maken en u helemaal in contact met de natuur brengen. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijke en vertrouwelijke personen. Zij hebben toegang tot het pand voor het dagelijkse onderhoud van de tuin en het zwembad. Meubilering in typische rustieke Toscaanse stijl. Onafhankelijke verwarming. Op de begane grond is er een magazijn niet toegankelijk voor. Eindschoonmaak inbegrepen in de huurprijs.
